COVID-19 Procedures
Stylists follow all COVID-19 protocol according to the Los Angeles County Public Health Department. Additional safety measures include the following:
Face coverings are optional. Please let your service provider know if you’d like them to wear a mask. We’re happy to make you comfortable.
Sanitizing hands frequently is required for staff and encouraged for guests.
Staff is required to stay home if feeling ill or symptomatic.
We frequently disinfect high-touch areas such as door knobs, reception area, credit card machines, toilets, and sinks.
There is ample distance in between work stations.
FDA-approved air filters are used through out the salon.
Avoid bringing children or others to appointment.
Please cancel your service if you are having any symptoms.
Cancellation/Late Policy
Life happens! We understand this may cause you to be late or have to cancel your service.
We ask for 48-hour notice of cancellations or we charge 50% of the service. 100% of this fee goes to the stylist. Please understand they are they’re own small business within the salon, so this is for the protection of their time and livelihood.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee the full service can be done. In this case, we will accommodate you best as possible. However, having to reduce or forgo parts of your service will not result in a price reduction.
“No-show” guests will be charged 100% of the service.
Cashless Policy
We are a cashless environment. We do not keep a cash register or drawer on the premises. This is for the protection of our guests and team.
Please prepare to pay with a debit or credit card. You may tip your stylist with Venmo, Zelle, or on our Square credit card machine.
Parking
Located behind our building, you will find ample public parking. The meters are $.25 per hour with no time limit. Please plan accordingly, and add ample time for your service. (2 hours recommended for haircuts, 3-5 recommended for colors.)
