Her mastery of color theory comes from her time at Aveda Institute Los Angeles. Following she trained in cutting and extensions assisting celebrity stylists, working with names such as Elsa Pataky, Suki Waterhouse, and Matt Damon.

When Courtney’s not doing hair you can find her: cuddling up to her two cats Sasha and Cleo, working on an oil painting or home design project, watching a true crim documentary, or spending time with her husband.

She has 11 years of experience behind the chair. Rita attended Aveda Institute of Chicago and has certified training from Wella, Sassoon, and Davines. To top it off she has a BA of Art History and Business minor from the University of Utah!

When Rita’s not doing hair you can find her: navigating life as a new mom; hanging with her husband, baby and dog; trying out new restaurants; listening to music, reading about music or going to see music; and exploring hiking trails and beaches.

Dani is our color specialist!

She mastered her color skills by assisting top stylists such as Johnny Ramirez at Ramirez Tran Salon. She went on to put her expertise into practice working at Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills. Now, we are so excited to have her experience here in the heart of NELA.

When Dani’s not doing hair, you can find her: under her weighted blanket, curled up on the couch with her cats, watching reality TV, playing card games, or hysterically laughing with friends!

Frenchy is a beauty renaissance woman! She loves Low maintenance lived in color, long layered cuts and short bobs. More than anything, she's crazy about a full styling sesh, complete with makeup and hair.

This beauty guru has been in the industry for 18 years. Her experience includes working with brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, MAC Cosmetics, and NARS. Ultimately, Frenchy loves to stay up to trend and create fresh looks for her guests!

When Frenchy's not doing hair you can find her hanging out with her 3 boys and amazing boyfriend, planning their next adventure to a national park, or trying out the latest beauty products.

Leanna is a well-rounded stylist all together. Freehand balayage is her favorite when it comes to color. However, she also enjoys playing with textures, doing long layered haircuts, curl cuts, and personalized keratin treatments.

Leanna has 7 years of experience which includes training at Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, following an apprenticeship with top colorists and stylists at Benjamin Salon. This is where she learned and mastered a wide range of skills. She now applies this expertise everyday behind the chair.

When Leanna's not doing hair, you can find her cuddled up with her 2 cats on the couch watching Harry Potter, scrolling through Pinterest looking for a new dinner recipe, finding an adventure to go on with her husband, or catching a flight back to the east coast to catch up with family.

Monica specializes in low-maintenance color and haircuts, focusing on achieving an effortless and organic grow-out. While she appreciates the art of coloring, her true passion lies in haircutting. She finds joy in crafting clean yet naturally disheveled lines, paying meticulous attention to shape creation. The possibilities are limitless, and for her, it's about the simple artistry of using tools to slide, carve, and cut through strands of hair. The goal is to create a look that not only enhances appearance but also makes her clients feel more authentically themselves.

As a native of Los Angeles, Monica embarked on her journey in the beauty industry through Paul Mitchell Education, accumulating a decade of experience. Over the years, She’s had the privilege of working with diverse hair types and connecting with people from various demographics, having lived and practiced in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Beyond her career serving as a significant creative outlet, she finds immense joy in bringing looks to life for her clients. Building meaningful relationships and rapport with clients is what truly makes her work rewarding. The opportunity to connect on a personal level adds a unique dimension to her passion for hairstyling.

While Monica is a true homebody at heart, she’s always eager for an adventure and loves to explore. She finds joy in cozy environments, indulging in DIY YouTube videos and podcasts, and relishing the company of both new acquaintances and cherished loved ones. On hot days, you'll likely find her on the beach, soaking up the sun with a good read in hand. She has a penchant for vintage and antique stores, and one of her favorite pastimes is attending shows and uncovering new places to dine.
